La Kagame Interclub Cup è la competizione per squadre di club più importante organizzata dal Council for East and Central Africa Football Association (CECAFA), una delle organizzazioni calcistiche affiliate alla Confederation of African Football (CAF). È stata disputata la prima volta nel 1974 dopo una lunga pausa dall'edizione non ufficiale del 1967. Originariamente denominata CECAFA Club Cup assume il nome di Kagame Interclub Cup nel 2002 quando il Presidente del Rwanda Paul Kagame diventa sponsor della competizione.
