| La Floodlit Cup è stata una competizione calcistica organizzata in Irlanda del Nord fra gli anni '80 e gli anni '90. Al tempo tutti i club avevano completato l'installazione dell'impianto d'illuminazione sui loro campi di gioco grazie agli aiuti governativi stanziati per la sicurezza negli stadi. Era l'occasione per creare una nuova competizione e concludere favorevoli contratti di sponsorizzazione. Nel 1987 debuttava la Budweiser Floodlit Cup. |
